I would not recommend living here if you enjoy peace and quiet or a house that works. The management is horrible you can’t get in contact with anyone easily. Maintenance request do not get fixed quickly. We have not had heat or AC for two weeks. There is a long list of other problematic issues that have yet to be resolved. One of the biggest issues is the location though, it is right on a fairly busy road and there is a metal fabrication company right across the street that use VERY loud... machinery all day, every day. The walls are super thin so there is no escaping the constant noise. “Luxury” living is a huge lie
