There is a large screened porch attached to the back and east side of the house with a dining table for four. There are two TVs and high speed internet service. There is a dedicated work space in the front room looking out over the water and a separate seating area around the piano keyboard. There is a full sized washer and dryer stacked in the basement in space shared with the basement apartment. There is a basement apartment office accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house that is not included. It is often unoccupied (in use approximately two out of twelve months total for periods of a few days at a time).
