For being on the island, the price is actually very reasonable and place is very nice. No real noise issues, all the appliances work great, and the apartment itself is very cozy.

We just moved into a recently renovated apartment. It is fresh and clean and nicely done. I wasn’t sure what to expect but so far I have found it to be quiet with friendly and respectful neighbors. The team in the office are very helpful. This location provides easy access to the Newport bridge.

There were a lot of things I liked about the apartment (the kitchen was great!) but a year later the issues are still in my mind from all the frustration and headaches it caused me.

When I was talking to the C there about moving in I was told Cat's were free and there was no pet rent, 2 months after move in I was told I had to get a cat registration from town hall and pay money monthly? First of all only dogs can get... registered in Newport and most towns, and I had proof in email and the website that cat's were free.
Packages were constantly being returned to vender because they could not drop them off.
Repairs were done well but the property manager kept sending them down with the wrong information so they had to keep revisiting.
Apartment next to mine had inches of water in it from flooding and caused all sorts of issues.
When my lease was ending I got the paperwork to renew or leave with the wrong date to turn it back in, if I didn't turn it in early I would have been late if I used that date, causing any sort of financial if that was late.

We just moved in to a unit at the Admiralty and have been extremely impressed with the property management team here. Cory the leasing coordinator is on top of everything and the maintenance team has been fantastic in addressing a couple of minor problems with our unit. The units and overall property has been recently upgraded and is very welcoming.

I was a nervous wreck as I was looking for a new place to live last year. Moving is always stressful so I am extremely grateful for the wonderful staff at The Admiralty (especially Cory) for taking all the worry out of the process, from beginning to end.

My living space is quiet and relaxing. Everyone I encounter is friendly and I truly enjoy my new home. Thank you so much!!
