Living at The Summit has been such a great experience! The maintenance team is honestly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with—they’re quick, professional, and always on top of anything that needs attention. Any time I’ve put in a request, it’s handled fast and done right the first time.
The office staff is just as amazing. They’re friendly, organized, and always know how to handle situations or emergencies with calm and efficiency. It really gives you... peace of mind knowing they genuinely care about the residents.
The property itself is always beautifully kept. The lawns are maintained so well, everything looks clean and welcoming year-round. And the location couldn’t be better—super close to downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful.
I also love the townhouse-style layout. It gives you the feeling of having your own private yard and space, which is rare to find in most apartment complexes.
Overall, The Summit really feels like home. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of living at the Summit for the last 2 years, and I can honestly say it’s been an exceptional experience.
From the moment I first toured the property, i was impressed by the high quality amenities , well maintained grounds, and modern apartment finishes.
The team at the Summit goes above and beyond to ensure the community remains clean, safe, and comfortable.
The management team is friendly and professional and always responsive to all maintenance requests.
Overall,... living at the Summit has been a fantastic experience. It truly feels like home and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well maintained, and peaceful living environment.

I love it here! I totally feel at home and my neighbors are the best. The property is very well maintained too. I love it when my patio has been cleared of all leaves! Maintenance is very fast and Michelle and Wonzel are the best! I love the townhome style because I can let my dog out the front or back door very easily vs. living in a high-rise type of place. I can't say it enough that I totally feel at home living here. 5 Stars!
