I loved everything about the location of our ground floor apt at the corner of the property, and end apt in the building.
Tim and Donna are terrific.
Honestly it was like family wth Tim and Donna and the great maintenance guys Patrick an Bob.
I loved going to the beautiful pool all summer.
And it was kept in pristine condition while Bob was on it!!
We had many close friends that lived there. We babysat each others pets.
Again..I wouldn't have stayed there 15 yrs if I didn't love it.
The grounds... are beautiful also!!
I'm still very close friends wth several of my neighbors.
I miss them.
But we will invite each other over in the summer!
We moved to Western Cranston.
It is a great place to live!
I stayed many yrs bec Donna was terrific.
Then Tim took over as PM.the last 6 or 7 yrs...and we were all like a big family.

Timothy and Donna are fantastic and friendly, always with quick responses. Bob takes care of all maintenance requests quickly. Very well kept, beautiful land, and nice pool for residents. We are very comfortable and happy here and rent is very reasonable compared to surrounding areas without being too far from the city. Highly recommend!

I contacted The four seasons spoke with Diane and setup and appointment to see one of the available apartments. Diane changed my appointment 3 times. The original appointment suppose to be 11:00 am and then she changed to 1:00 pm and then to 3:00 pm. I told her to please confirm one time I can't keep changing dates. I have other comermets in my schedule. And the worst part was when I arrived to the site after I drove 40 minutes from Norwood to East providence see the apartment at 3:00 pm she... was not there and the she showed up 15 minutes after and told me I am sorry we rented the apartment this morning. She even did not even bother to call me and let me know that apartment was rented. it was really a terrible experience. Read More

I have lived hear for years. Grounds maintenance is terrible. There are pest control problems that are not properly dealt with. The pool always has maintenance issues. The smell in hallways and permeating in apartments is horrible and not dealt with. Staff is snobby and rude. The office is not always open during normal posted always or the staff is too busy to help you. The complex discriminates against children playing anywhere on the complex. Not worth the money you pay.
