I love living in this community…my only concern/criticism is the lower trash area. It looks disgusting. This property is maintained very well and this eyesore reflects poorly on management company.

The complex has a modern look, offers in-unit laundry, and is generally quiet, which makes daily living comfortable. Maintenance and staff are consistently friendly and helpful. However, nothing is included in the rent, so residents should expect to pay every fee and all utilities on their own. The valet trash service is poorly managed and cannot be opted out of. The property also lacks EV charging stations and recycling options, and the cardboard dumpster area often has excess trash left around... it. Addressing these issues would make the community stronger overall.
