My resident experience at 21 East St has been good overall. The maintenance staff is excellent and responds quickly whenever something needs attention. The community hall is really nice and a great space for residents to use or reserve for gatherings. The neighborhood feels comfortable and welcoming, and the location is very convenient for everyday errands. It’s easy to reach Walmart, Patel, Target, and other nearby stores without a long drive. Having schools close by is also a big plus,... especially for families. The only real issue I’ve noticed is that the backside area tends to flood when it rains. If your car is parked near the back during heavy rain, there’s a chance it could get flooded. Love the design, interior, and exterior. The staff is really friendly and cooperative. The neighborhood is great. You can find restaurants nearby, and stores are within walking distance.

The maintenance supervisor is incredibly kind and understanding, told us that they want us to feel like we can actually live in our apartment which feels great as new tenants! Stephanie was super helpful throughout the entire move-in process and the build-up to. Only on day 2 but so far so good!

The apartments themselves are great. Everything you need and spacious. The only downside is there is no sound proofing in the buildings at all. We can hear everything the neighbors are doing up stairs. The amenities are ok, there’s a small gym and a function room to rent.

Thankful for the community. Minus a few random recycling hick ups. Everyone is welcoming and respectful. Maintenance guy is top tier and response times are quick.
