The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. And the new owners are doing so many renovations that ensure the tenants safety

Progress

I must say that I am grateful for the new owners. The company has shown interest in fixing the building up. Ana and Ed have been very nice and on top of the things needed to be done in my apartment and I truly appreciate their interest in making sure things are done right away and that I am happy with the outcome. I can't wait to see the final outcome of the property. Beautiful area and place to live now that we have a team that truly cares not only about the property but the tenants as well.... Great job Ana, Ed and team Yours Truly Vicky

Maintenance always responds super quick. My door wasn’t locking and I called the office. I was in a rush and late to an appointment. It was fixed within 20 minutes.
