I must say that I am grateful for the new owners. The company has shown interest in fixing the building up. Ana and Ed have been very nice and on top of the things needed to be done in my apartment and I truly appreciate their interest in making sure things are done right away and that I am happy with the outcome. I can't wait to see the final outcome of the property. Beautiful area and place to live now that we have a team that truly cares not only about the property but the tenants as well.... Maintenance always responds super quick. My door wasn’t locking and I called the office. I was in a rush and late to an appointment. It was fixed within 20 minutes.

Great new management company
This new management company is very responsive and attentive to tenant's needs.
I have put in maintenance requests and they have been taken care of in a timely manner and I have been kept notified and updated throughout the process.
