Dwell 2nd Street is a brand new construction that got EVERYTHING right. The kitchens are absolutely insane. So much storage, great appliances, great counter space, and just down right gorgeous. The entire complex is cleaned on such a frequent basis that everything feels brand new. The gym has everything you could need, the lounge areas are decked with cool games, the parking garage is PRIME, and let's not forget the POOOOOOLLLLL!!!! And don't even get me started on the location. Perfect distance... between the main spots of Northern Liberties and Fishtown. And did I mention it has a parking garage?! The absolute PERFECT package. Go take a tour of the place ASAP.

Modern apartments! Excellent staff!
I’ve lived at Dwell apartments for a few months now and I absolutely love it! I’ve always wanted to live in a modern apartment in the city and it’s exactly what I hoped for! My leasing agent Mimi made the process as smooth as possible; management has been very helpful as well.
