We recently moved in in 2024 and it's been wonderful the whole neighborhood seems really friendly and in site washing and drying is sooo nice!!

Wonderful place.

The landlady is super nice and very helpful. After we moved my son wrecked my car. She helped us connect up with people who could assist us until we got paid.
Anytime I need something looked at, which is not that much, she is on top of it.
We plan on being here a long time.

Beware

They rip you off, do not fix up properly, left me without hot water for months, nickle and dime you, bug infested, faulty wiring, horrible management.

Wonderful experience

So far my spouse and I have had a great experience. The layouts are unique and spacious. The area is nice and the neighbors are friendly. They are dog friendly as well which is a nice bonus!
