Amazing place to live
Quality is the word that comes to mind from my stay here. Every aspect of the apartment is high quality and any issues I had were fixed very quickly by the maintenance team! The walls block sound very well, water is hot, AC works great, and Jared is a great landlord to have.

Amazing Rehab
I looked at the building right before Christmas, and the quality of the units and space blew me away. I moved from the center city, Phila, to the area and wanted to move in so badly but my boyfriend just took a job closer to Yardly; I am so disappointed.
You must look at this place if you get the opportunity. The rent is very reasonable compared to what we are paying an hour away.
