Very responsive property managers. Clean! Super quiet. Pet friendly!!!

It has been a pleasure with me and my family to stay at this renovated industrial type charm apartment. They feature stainless steel and luxury fixtures. The apartment is clean and quiet. The maintenance team has a fast response time and complete their job in a timely manner. Also, a great plus is that you can directly communicate with the landlord. Overall, we do have a wonderful stay and if we will be relocated for training again in the Quakertown PA area then I would come back to this luxury... apartment. Highly recommended in the Qtown area and very near to almost everything (retail shops, restaurant, grocery, etc.). Lastly, we do have a smooth transition in and out as their process is automated from facial recognition access to keyless door entries and they have a user-friendly app to download and utilize. Just moved into this building a few weeks ago. The management is incredibly professional and response to everything in a timely manner. I had an issue with my dishwasher and not only did they respond within an hour, Instead of sending someone to fix it, they completely replaced the dishwasher no questions asked. What more could you possibly want? They provide you with the number to the manager who responds to you immediately and handles everything personally and even shows up to make sure that... the issue is being taken care of. 5 stars for sure.
