different than your orindary
Lace Village is a really cool community with lots of different amenities to enjoy including a gym, cafe, yoga, spa, grilling area and event space. There is always something going on like a festival or pop up happy hour. The apartments are brand new with high quality finishes and appliances. The grounds are kept very clean. The staff is quickly responsive to anything you may need or have a question. If your looking for renting a place that has alot to offer, consider renting here.

Living the Lifestyle I Dreamed Of
Lace Village has been everything I hoped for in a community. It’s clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Living here really feels like the kind of lifestyle you see in movies, but in a comfortable, everyday way. They host regular events for tenants, the businesses on the property are awesome, and the amenities are really beautiful. It's worth every penny. I’m so glad I chose to make it my home!

Best amenities
Lace village not only has the most beautiful apartments with amazing windows and views of the property it also has the best amenities!!! A gym with high end equipment, a coffee shop that is amazing, a venue that has pop up happy hrs with delicious food and drinks, a salon that I have had the best experience at for my hair and nails and a pickle ball court ! So much more and Coming soon a market place and a restaurant! It’s all so amazing!
