The management is absolutely terrible, when I started my experience of living here I was quoted with several different prices and handed a handwritten piece of paper. The apartments are damp. Good luck getting your security deposit back as anything can be labeled as a “cleaning fee.”

Really great place. Has a whole lot of charm to it. Everyone is so friendly and inviting, it just makes it feel like a nice community where everyone looks out for each other. Turn around time is fantastic if you need help or to have someone take a look at something, and it is a very pet friendly place. At least half of the residence have pets, and it's nice to see all the tails wagging and cute faces looking through the window. Highly recommend staying here!

Diane the office manger is extremely helpful, and made our entire experience at Cedar Village, very enjoyable. My son was the main resident of the apartment, while he attended college. The community is safe, clean and quiet. The apartment was spacious and in very good condition. I would totally recommend!

I recently moved out of Cedar Village after having lived there for 5 consecutive years. I had a great time living in Cedar Village and rarely if ever had any issues with the apartment. The community is welcoming and safe and Diane is an amazing landlord. She is always available and if you ever call her with an issue it is taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I have zero complaints about my time there and I couldn't recommend Cedar Village more highly to anyone looking for affordable housing in... Wilkes-Barre.
