I genuinely loved my apartment the first 4 years or so living there. Even through the pandemic I felt the management was taking the situation as seriously as they could and handling things appropriately. The rent went up somewhat substantially with the most recent lease and to be honest the sewage and water charge no longer being included at first confused me and shocked me when I saw the additional charge. But I still thought the place was well worth the money. But with the loss of Kahla things... have gone down hill in my eye and no longer would I say the building is worth the price. Although the location is still excellent. However it would have been nice of something was ever done about how busy our block gets with all the delivery drivers and whatnot.

Can't beat the location! I looked at a number of apartment buildings when I was searching for a new place and was really hoping to find a one bedroom with a study/office area. The leasing staff here kept that in mind and reached out as soon as a unit was available that matched what I was looking for. They couldn't have made the process any easier and were extremely responsive. I love having a 24/7 fitness center and a patio to grill on.
