I have lived at the District since it first opened in 2021. In my time here, the cost was definitely not worth it. It is a shame because it is a great location with good potential. Besides the ongoing construction, there is no security, and people don't leash their pets and let them go to the bathroom everywhere.

Location is the best factor when advocating for residency at the District. New ownership and new management hires have added hope for improvement with other issues. Improvement has been noted. Fingers crossed with address of security related to package delivery.
