We have been staying here for past 8 years. The location is perfect, close to the mall, whole foods, and some nice restaurants. But I do wish there was a playground for kids.

Great place to live. Love the high ceilings and fans. The hardwood floors are ok. Sometimes wish it was all carpet but will do. Love the pool and walkways.

The location is convenient for public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and many essential businesses. My apartment is in outstanding condition, and the residents are friendly and kind. Perhaps my favorite element is the staff – all of them. I have only praise for The Ashby.

The noise levels aren't ideal, both with the landscaping outside and the lack of good noise proofing inside for above and in the hallway. The person who showed me the apartment did tell me about this when I asked, so I don't hold that against the property. The gym, pool, and clubhouse are great to have on the property, the landscaping is immaculate, the staff and maintenance people are helpful and friendly, and the community events are always a nice touch. It's a community I do recommend to... people and have in the past as well (including to someone else who moved here and enjoys it to this day). Read More
