I enjoy living here except for the fact that I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. I also would like to have a real balcony which I was not aware of when I moved in. I thought it was a true balcony and had already signed the lease. Better enforcement of pool rules like drinking alcohol or glass bottles sometimes people bring their entire extended family to the pool. The water could be colder once the weather gets hot. I have lived here for 5 years so I would say I like it.

I’ve lived here for 7 years and and the community, the staff, and the amenities have always been great. I plan on staying here for the future.

While some t hings could be better (noise levels due to cheaper materials used in building, for example), there is a lot to love about living here. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are all great attributes of the community, as well as the friednly staff and top-notch maintenance workers they have here. I've recommended it to other people in the past and continue to do so.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Ashby. The location is excellent and very convenient for daily needs. The pool and gym are both well maintained and a great bonus. I would recommend living here.

I enjoy living here at the Ashby, friendly neighbors, close to shopping downtown restaurants, sports events, and most of all the staff and have met some great people living here
