The place is spotless. Staff are friendly and professional. I am so comfortable in my apartment. The maintenance staff are very good.
The lobby is beautiful with the coffee bar and fireplace. I also used the printer and computer.

I’ve lived at The Ashby for about 7 years, and it has truly felt like home. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes the community feel welcoming and safe. Maintenance is one of the biggest highlights — requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the staff genuinely cares about keeping the property in great shape.
The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major routes, yet it still feels quiet and comfortable. The amenities are... well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, adding real value to everyday living.
Overall, The Ashby offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. After seven years, I can confidently say it’s a wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment home.

When I first moved in, this place was great! Over the years I have become disappointed. Rent has gone up, but amenities were not working in the pool area, i.e. grills, fire places all year (2025 season). People allowing their dogs to bark all day, parking to name a few

Been here going on 3 years. Quiet and pleasant. Love how much space there is. The parking garage is a plus to avoid weather. Walking distance to the mall a plus. The inside is always clean and a great place to hang my hat.

Close to retail, grocery stores, medical facilities. Close to the airport & downtown Pittsburgh. Maintenance is great. Office staff are nice & responsive to inquiries. Complex is well maintained. I’ve been here for over 7 yrs.
