Positive Great location and amenities. Newer apartments that are well maintained. Pet friendly with a small dog park, however it often is very muddy and other owners don’t pickup after their dogs. Garage is clean and reasonable on a month to month basis. Fitness center, pool, and club house are a plus. Property staff is friendly and hold small events for tenants throughout the year. Negative No onsite or additional storage other than what is in apartment. Cannot store any other of personal... items in garage parking spaces other than vehicle. I often hear other tenants complain that due to management rules and regulations tenants are not given minor flexibility on certain items even on a case by case situation. Is seen as fair or unfair.

My recent experience at Felson Apartments has been positive overall. The community is well maintained, quiet, and comfortable for daily living. The apartment layout is practical, and common areas are kept clean. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the management team is responsive and professional. The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, offices, and public transportation, which makes commuting easier. Overall, Felson Apartments has provided a safe... and pleasant living environment, and my stay here has met my expectations.

Management is great, the apartments and amenities are in really good shape. It's a great place to live, it's quiet and from time to time the management organizes events to gather the community.
