My roommates and I have lived in the building for 3 years now and have been very pleased, we are Point Park students and liked living in a building that was so close to the school and a friendly, customer based security detail onsite that was always there to protect and serve 24/7--it really made the stay productive for our studies and our lives easier as well as safe.
The leasing staff wee cool and would work with you if you had some problems making rent. And the Security manager would often... help get maintenance get repairs down as quick as possiable-which we were thankfull.
The price was affordable and most rooms had a good view of the city as well a onsite laundry and furnished rooms.
Overall if your looking for a caring staff and security in the building assisting you while you work on your studies at an affordable and flexable rate then this is the place for you.

These apartments come in 4 layouts, A-D. The A and D series are 4 person, while the B and C are 2 person. The building used to function as a dorm for a nearby school, but many of the rooms have been renovated. The apartments are comfortably sized and reasonably priced. Any maintenance needed is quickly resolved and the landlords are only a block away. They are also great if you are an Art Institute or Point Park student, as the apartments are only 2 minutes away from either school.
