It’s truly a one-of-a-kind community in Philadelphia—a self-contained campus with... three parks, interconnected pathways, and a setting that feels both peaceful and vibrant. Beyond the grounds, The ROE is just blocks from Main Street, scenic bike and walking trails (including the newly restored Manayunk Canal), the Manayunk train station, and offers quick access to I-76 and other major routes. Just two weeks ago, I brought my family to see what I—and so many others—have been working on for the past few years. After touring the community, we walked to Main Street for the Arts Festival and had lunch at Winnie’s. It was such a wonderful experience, and I couldn’t help but reflect on how convenient and connected this community is to everything I enjoy. With the completion of The ROE’s amenities, our management team has had the opportunity to welcome several industry leaders for tours of the buildings, grounds, and common areas. Most recently, the Eastern U.S.... representatives of two national brands took independent visits—and couldn’t contain their excitement. They were genuinely thrilled that their brands are associated with a development as significant as The ROE. On a more personal note, each member of our team has proudly brought their own families through the property to show them the role they played in its construction.
