Thanks for becoming a resident of the Ambassador Apartments. I’m thrilled that you loved your apartment. I know the new kitchen must have been a wonderful surprise. We also installed a new air conditioning system today in your apartment. I reviewed... your new home for our management today as part of our greater team review procedures, and it’s really beautiful. One of the special (and there are many that distinguishes us from nearly all other communities) features at the Ambassador Apartments is a very sophisticated camera system of dozens of high definition cameras that cover nearly every corner of the property. This is not a WIFI system, but a hard wired system with redundancies to provide maximum reliability. We constantly invest in our properties, and one of the largest investments is in security. The high tech security doors, video intercoms that you were introduced to today were also recently added. In addition, we recently upgraded all of the exterior and interior common lighting to add security and comfort to our residents. What you don’t see, is certainly as important as the beautiful finishes you do see. I’m glad you recognized our surveillance system as a feature that drew you to our buildings. As happens at all apartment communities, work relocation and family needs sometimes require our residents to relocate, however, it’s amazing how many return to live in our communities once the need and influence of... the original motivating factors that led them to move subside or simply change. This past week we welcomed you back to the community after having been away for many years. Likewise, we welcomed back this month another resident who had moved away years ago as well.
