The property is well maintained, clean, and feels safe. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere in the building is friendly and comfortable.

Warning I can hear the person below me playing video games and the person above me snoring every night.
There is a truck that parks in the middle of the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out; I have complained to management and they have stated that the truck has special permission to be there.
Elevator ceiling often breaks and falls down. Floor is usually filthy. Front door latch is often broken and has been held together with an elastic band.
Had to beg management for cameras in... the parking lot area due to multiple car break ins with windows shattered.
Although maintenance is fast with repairs, I have returned to my apartment unlocked and with the door slightly ajar after their service.

I just renewed for the second time at The Alto and I am so happy I’ve found such a great apartment in Roxborough. Bright and spacious apartment? CHECK! Parking? CHECK! Washer and dryer in unit? CHECK! Taco shop downstairs? CHECK! I was able to renew very easily at a reasonable rate- which is very comforting in today’s rental market. I am so excited for my next year at the Alto!

My boyfriend and I have been loving living at the Alto Apartments. Our unit is perfect and the building has a great taco place on the ground floor which is perfect for those nights when you can’t figure out what to make for dinner. Its walking distance to the train which is really important to me.

We moved in not too long ago and everything has been great so far. The elevator made moving in a breeze, the management team has been responsive and very helpful with our requests, and its a godsend to have designated parking. Check out Alto Apartments if you’re looking to live in Roxborough!
