Looks nice & has good appliances. But the walls, floors and ceiling are paper thin, so if you lose a neighbor roulette good luck. 2nd and 3rd floors also reel of smoke every other week.

I am currently staying at The Press House, and I absolutely love it. The entire process was such a breeze, from getting all of my paperwork done to signing my lease. Sid, the leasing consultant, was incredibly helpful. She truly walked me through everything and made my transfer from one apartment to another smooth and stress-free, which was amazing and very much needed for me and my family.

I honestly have nothing bad to say. I love the rooftop, and my daughter loves it too. It is such a... welcoming place. I had to put in a simple maintenance request, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. They even cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated.

This is also a very pet-friendly place, which means a lot to me because I have three adorable fur babies that I love so much. That process was easy too, with no stress at all. I also love how quiet it is, and the neighborhood has been great.

One of my favorite things is the parking and the mailroom. Coming from Center City, this has been amazing. I do not have to search for parking, and I do not have to worry about my mail being stolen off my steps. Having a full mailroom and convenient parking has made such a difference.

The building itself is comfortable, clean, and well-kept. The elevator access to each floor is great, and when I moved in, my apartment was very clean and neat. My daughter and I are both very happy here. I would absolutely recommend The Press House to my friends and family.

Everyone who works here has been amazing in my experience. I have not had any problems at all. Sid was always responsive, whether I reached out by text or phone, and she always followed up whenever I had a question or concern. Even picking up my keys was smooth and easy.

I’ve been at The Press House for a month now and it’s one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. The application process was quick and easy. I wasn’t charged ridiculous fees during my enrollment period and the property team is amazing. I got quick and informative responses, they’re helpful, and there are great deals when you apply. The building itself is very clean, the neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly.
