The walls are thin, you’ll hear everything. The elevator never works. The parking garage is extremely small and there’s always people parking illegally making it much harder to get into your spot. Locations not the greatest either. The inside of the apartments are beautiful, but there are too many downsides that make this apartment not worth it.
