Overall, it's good, but the parking experience needs improvement. It's expensive but unsafe; anyone can enter and steal or do something else. There should be a separate parking area for Sprouts and for residents.

The complex is fine and well maintained. It would be nice to see the commercial spaces filled sooner than later. It would also be nice if potential or coming commercial spaces can be shared with the tenants.

I hate it here. I love the apartment but got lucky with quiet neighbors. The noise transfer between walls is terrible. Aside from that, the fire alarm goes off constantly, one time for over 2 hrs straight! Parking is terrible, actually horrendous. Only at 50% capacity but tough to find a spot and no security either (cars broken into or tires stolen). Not waiting until all the other commercial spaces to be done to find out how bad it’ll get…. And also not waiting around for management to do... nothing, as always

This place is so beautiful and peaceful by the waterfront! And cannot beat Sprouts right below!! The convenience is unmatched! Parking is not included and pretty pricey!
