This property is marketed as a luxury apartment community, but the construction quality tells a completely different story. The sound insulation between floors is extremely poor. Every footstep, heavy stomp, running, and impact from the apartment above can be heard clearly, making it difficult to relax, sleep, or even work from home.

The biggest disappointment, however, is the management. They seem focused on collecting rent but show very little urgency when it comes to addressing residents'... concerns. We have been reporting an ongoing noise issue for over six months, sent multiple emails, followed up repeatedly, and have received slow responses with no meaningful resolution or clear action plan. Despite being fully aware of the situation, management has failed to resolve the problem, leaving us to deal with the noise day after day.

Living here has become incredibly stressful. What should be a peaceful home has instead become a constant source of frustration, anxiety, and sleep disruption. When residents repeatedly report issues that affect their quality of life, management should take ownership and work toward a resolution—not simply acknowledge the complaint and allow it to continue indefinitely.

If you're looking for a quiet place to live or work from home, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. As a current resident, I would not recommend moving here. We are stuck until our lease ends, but if you have a choice, I would suggest that you don't make the same mistake we did. Read More

Five days before move in I was informed my apartment wasn’t ready. The delay progressively got longer until it reached 3 months. Little was done to provide solutions and I was on my own to find accommodations in the meantime. I know it’s a new build but management is having a poor start with customer service.
