The apartments are beautiful and updated. They keep the common areas and hallways very clean. But the parking lot is terrible. Car break ins and thefts multiple times a month and management does nothing about it. They don’t even return your calls.

Looks Nice, Poor Management
Let me start by saying that I really liked my apartment, the size and layout were great. Cleanliness across the property, with the exception of the pool, is very nice. That being said, DO NOT let the pleasing aesthetic and what appears to be a somewhat reasonable rent price fool you. This place is poorly run and only after your money. Once you've moved in, you no longer matter. Also, forget what your lease says. They'll change things at the drop of a hat. And, not discussed during the move in... process, they have total control over your A/C and heat. Whenever they deem it the "appropriate" time, they turn off your access to either the heat or A/C and replace it with the other. Hope you enjoy sweating in your apartment in late October. I'm very disappointed in this place, as I had high hopes when moving in, but I'm glad to be moving on to somewhere better as I am definitely not renewing my lease this spring. Please, don't be the poor soul who takes over my apartment.
