The biggest issue is the heat/AC situation. The building controls it centrally, so residents have no control over their own apartment temperature. They refuse to turn the AC on until late May even when it’s 90+ degrees outside, which makes the apartments unbearably hot and impossible to sleep in. Their only suggestion is to “close the blinds,” which is ridiculous when the inside of your apartment feels unsafe for both people and pets.

The “amenities” are also a joke. The... lounge barely gets internet service, the seating is uncomfortable and impractical, and a lot of the things advertised are either poorly maintained or not actually enjoyable to use. The washers and dryers constantly have issues as well.

There are also ongoing safety concerns, including random car break-ins around the property, and management does not seem proactive about addressing any of it. The walls are thin, neighbors are all in your business, and overall management comes across as dismissive anytime residents bring up legitimate concerns.

They have us paying a monthly utility fee that includes AC and heat, and of course they haven’t even turned on the AC. Today is 92° and they have not turned it on. My apartment is almost 100° with no AC. So obviously, I can’t use my washer and dryer. I can’t use my oven. I can’t use anything, so they’re literally stealing our money.

The apartments are beautiful and updated. They keep the common areas and hallways very clean. But the parking lot is terrible. Car break ins and thefts multiple times a month and management does nothing about it. They don’t even return your calls.

This is a great place to live. Nice and quiet location

Would not recommend for many reasons. Too pricey too for what they offer
