I had an amazing experience with sue. She made the whole experience very nice from the first call. She was very informative with things that pertained to me and my dogs new home.

Mary took her time to show us the different styles of apts although we knew what we wanted she still gave us options. She was also a great help with helping fill out the application to make sure we had everything completed to make the process smooth .

This place is falsely marketed. It seems like nothing has been updated since the late 1990s. Everything is outdated, and our unit has an unpleasant smell reminiscent of urine. The shower is rusty, and there are stains everywhere. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I'm just hoping the year goes by quickly so I can leave. By the way, don’t believe the claims about appliances; all we have is an old stove and fridge. Instead of us unpacking and enjoying our “new clean apartment” we have spent... the past two days cleaning after the old tenant. This apartment did not pretend to at least clean after their old tenant. There are hair on the floor everywhere. Don't even get me started on the toilet seat or the sink.

The property manager Sue was amazing and we love this property

I've lived here several years, in my experience, overall staff is courteous and premises are great, maintenance is usually prompt and reliable, grounds are well kept including cleared/salted in winter. Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly, neighborhood is pretty safe, good location to highways and transit, shopping, medical, food. There are occasional rough spots hence the 4 stars, but they seem to aim for improvement in the long run.
