The building is infested with roaches and mice. No surveillance cameras to catch thieves that take your packages, random guys in cars in the parking lot, and mold in the ceilings. The neighborhood is ok, but the complex is by far the worst I’ve seen in my 30 years of living. Office staff are ok except the one guy that works there. My whole time there I caught well over 300 mice (I am not exaggerating, my first 30 days there I caught 150). Nothing was fixe, just patched up. Maintenance is... friendly, but he could only do but so much. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX! The price may be good, but it’s not worth the headache. People move in, and move right out (don’t even care about breaking their lease ).

worst complex ever!!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! Mice, bugs, and noise. The worst experience of my life, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. The complex is out dated, the unit itself is a mess, and to top it off the people that answer the phones outside of jaqualine are freakin rude, and pwt. I’ve had at least 30 within 2 weeks, and multiple bugs of some sort. Then, hbu hey raise the rent, and when u have problems they act as though they can’t give u a pro rate on it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Please, if you don’t... listen to anything a stranger says to you, please listen to me. DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Don't do it!
The landlord treats his tenants like crap. He smiles in your face. They threatens to kick you out. I left with everything legit. Then he deducted money from my deposit. For carpet cleaning? The carpet was dirty when I moved in. I had to get a cleaner cleaned myself. Move in her as a last resort!! But most people only last about 6 months . Then they move out . So that should tell you something.
