Very friendly staff made applying and moving in comfortable and easy. Property is nice with a great location as well

The building does not have the advertised amenities, including concierge services. Because of this package delivery and even USPS mail wasn’t available because no one could enter unless an employee happened to be walking by when they arrived. So you may want a PO Box if you move in. And unfortunately the app they rely on for a locked package room has a lot of errors so your packages can be locked away for extended periods of time.

Additionally, I found someone sleeping on the lobby couches one... morning. He was annoyed I woke him up to pass through to take my dog out. But because there is no front desk or security this happens.

The rent is comparable to other buildings in the area, so you are paying the same for little to no amenities, just frustrations.

Beach Street Landing has been a great experience so far, between our spacious unit and the premier building amenities. It’s an underrated location that won’t be staying a secret for long!

Brian and Gabriel in the leasing office have been helpful in every way they could. Mike also helped with getting a new dryer installed, mine was broken upon move in.
