Really comfortable environment to be at - gladly renewed my lease!
All the amenities are well-maintained, the staff is extremely helpful.
Also great activities arranged to keep the community engaged!

Great place to live during college, a dorm-ish vibe, and the amenities are nice. The building and amenities are clean. The gym is good and the printers are also convenient. Some units have a roach issue though.

very quiet, but the stuff seems cool too, they are very understanding and help me out with so much, it makes me very grateful that i live in an apartment complex where the staff cares

I really do enjoy being here at Avery , it is a little small & so is my microscopic bathroom but I definitely think I will be renewing my lease.. Avery has such a cozy vibe
