I work in Center City and at home so was looking for a center city apartment that is walkable and provides enough space for my work set up. The Rental Rates at the Annex are what caught my eye compared to all comparable units I toured in Center City.
Living here has been hassle free. I've had one maintenance request, and Alex, the building's handyman came promptly to resolve it the same day. I appreciate no corporate Management Company giving the standard "3-5 business day" fix.
The other... residents are friendly and welcoming and the Grand Opening party in the fall was a great time. I think it was set up by the leasing team at Keller Williams.
As an Artist, I wanted to find a building that offered unique architecture vs the "Copy and Paste" designed buildings that are going up in Philly, the ~70 ft Mural visible from Vine St is one of my favorite aspects of the property and provides a great addition to the 12th and Vine Frontage.
