For 2 people, it is $47,800; for 3 people, $53,700; for 4 people, $59,700; and for a 5-person household, the limit is $64,500. Under the HUD program, residents typically pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income toward rent. Depending on your income, rent can be as low as $25 per month. These apartments offers a number of amenities, including a 24-hour on-site laundry facility, a community room, a playground for children, well-maintained grounds, on-site parking, and an on-site management office.
