Fine Did not raise my rent this year which is great, but I am still forced to pay $60 a month for Xfinity service that I don’t want and don’t use and there is no way to opt out. Also, as I’ve mentioned before to Regional, our cleaning guy is creepy and is constantly making comments about where I’m going and where I’ve been, despite me making it pretty clear that I’m not up for chatting. Other than that, the apartments are in decent shape and maintenance comes quickly. Our new property manager... Corey is prompt and seems nice.

Seamless move-in, items in unit need fixing My experiencing moving belongings into 777 was smooth. Securing the loading dock and elevator was seamless.
There were a few glitches completing the move-in inspection form; there were several items in the unit that required addressing, such as the HVAC not working. During the heatwave, that was pretty intense. Ricardo (Maintenance) was clutch with getting a temporary AC unit installed, so we could be comfortable until replacement could be made that... following Monday.
The stove/kitchen not being cleaned upon arrival, the ensuite bathroom does not have a way to engage the sink stopper, the second bathroom toilet is inaccessible (the button is sandwiched between the bathroom counter).
These things can be changed and fixed, just unusual.
