I was a resident here for three years, and I agree with many of the other reviews about the poor management.

Here’s a bit of my experience:
1. Security: The doors to the building (I lived in the West Tower) were frequently broken, leaving residents at risk for long periods before being fixed.
2. Pest issues: The building had a serious pest problem last year that took nearly two months to resolve. Even after that, I could still hear mice moving through the AC unit. Management made holes in the... walls to place poison but never came back to cover them up, even though they said they would.
3. Move-out process: Moving out was also a bad experience. I thoroughly deep-cleaned my unit before leaving, but I was still charged a cleaning fee and sent photos from a completely different apartment as “proof.”

This complex shows very well on a tour but does not hold up as a resident. The units are old and falling apart behind the walls - the water is never the temperature you want, the HVAC system doesn't work, and elevators are always down. Also, there is no security and the amenities are so crowded with non-residents that you can't even use them anymore. Management is based out of Denver and doesn't care at all about the property or resident issues as long as the rent is paid. This place cost way too much for the thin walls and the amount of poop I have to step over every day. Neighbors are inconsiderate as hell and you’ll never get any sleep

Bogus move-out fees galore and the most unfriendly leasing office staff.

One poorly working refrigerator replaced with a smelly one from a vacant apartment which also did not cool well.

I do not recommend.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment building. Management does not care about residents and moving out is an absolute nightmare fighting all of their bogus fees.
