BOBA- Be on Baltimore Avenue! This awesome second floor apartment has plenty of space and natural light. Super Convenient to everything, just walk outside and step on the trolley. Cedar Park is literally across the street, and the building has a... common roof deck, so there is plenty of outdoor space to be taken advantage of. The apartment there are very high ceilings, and a large window in the living room that gives plenty of natural light to the space. The kitchen has a modern quality with the stainless steel appliances and quartz countertop, there is plenty of space to prepare food. There are the conveniences of a garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave, as well. Of course, the in-unit Washer and Dryer is the biggest convenience, so that the laundromat isn't a thing(but if it were, White Seal Cleaners is right next door ). We like that the bathroom can be entered from the living room, and the bedroom, especially cool layout for when guests are over. The bedroom is a nice size and it has large walk in closet. The apartment has a lot of storage space overall. There is an additional storage unit in the basement, which is nice. Pets are okay, with approval, and a pet fee. A short walk to everything Cedar Park has to offer like, Bookers, Dock Street Brewery, Cedar Park Cafe, Mariposa Food Coop, Spirited Tattoo, Firehouse Bicycles and so much more.
