Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania are also located within short walking distance (3 minutes and 5 minutes by bike respectively) Tourist attractions are also nearby including the Philadelphia Art museum (13 min car ride) and the Schuylkill River Trail.
I have greatly enjoyed my time living in this apartment and it has everything I ever needed. In order to apply, an application would need to be submitted to Allegiance Real Estate along with a $50.00 new tenant application fee.
