Welcome to 1230 S 24th St! This home was renovate top to bottom in 2017 and features hardwood flooring throughout, recess lighting, stainless steel appliance suite in the kitchen, central air/heat, a finished... basement, private back patio and two well sized bedrooms. Enter into the living room area which flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen with it's open concept layout. Upstairs both bedrooms bookend the second floor with the full bathroom in the center. There are stairs that lead to what was once a roof deck that had to be removed, there is no roof access. Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, and 1 month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing.
