I have lived at this property for over 3 years and have experienced the changing of staff as well as residents. I took the time to write this review for the overall experience with the new staff. Never have I experience a team that are so communicative and graceful in all my years. They are very responsive as well as determined to keep the property looking amazing. I have seen Mangement vacuuming as well as washing walls. I am for every grateful for the attentiveness and
dedication, for helping... to maintaining the overall property itself.

These apartments are "luxury" apartments made on an impoverished budget. Looks nice at first, but once you live here for a few months you'll begin to notice: cheap materials, bathroom fixtures simply screwed into drywall and falling out, doors that don't latch, appliances that regularly break down, and to top it all off rent goes up as your level of service goes down. I can't in good conscience recommend this complex to any human person

Horrible customer service. Rude staff when picking up packages. Windows so drafty that wind will blow your curtains. These are overpriced apartments in the heart of Norristown. Neighbors chain their patio furniture down to protect from thieves. Air conditioners never actually cool your apartment down in the heat of summer despite you programming it at a cooler temperature. There is a strange man who comes to dig in the trash can at the shared mailboxes, so be careful and don’t throw your mail... away there. I don't know where to start. They make promises or lies and never deliver. This place is a business and no one actual cares about your happiness. Watch for the bait and switch when they tell you how much the deposit or the rent might be.
