I have been living here since they built the addition of Building C in 2023. I love the 18 foot cielings that grace my living room with endless sunlight. I do not feel like I am in an apartment, as I do not hear anyone. The gym is my favorite, but wish they would add a Peloton.. Maintenance is top notch - I had light go out, in my 18 foot ceilings, and they took care of it same day. It's my first time renting and with all the advantages they offer, cant see leaving anytime soon.

Apartments are nice with modern finishes and full-size washer and dryer in unit. Good size fitness center with nice selection of equipment. and community room for residents to use. Good location, close to center of Doylestown with a lot of shopping and businesses. Overall, excellent community.

The property manger and maintenance person were really good. The apartments are nice but the one I rented had a serious issue with the flooring. Large spaces between the boards and dented up pretty badly. When I asked about it I was told that Berger said "just rent it". What ultimately lead to me leaving was a 12+% rent increase at the end of my 15 month lease. I spoke with many residents who had the same issue. It's truly a shame, as I'm sure there are people there on fixed incomes. ... After some research I found that 3-5% rent increases are typical, certainly not 12. They were willing to negotiate but not down to 5%, which is all I would pay. Apparently they low ball the initial price and then figure people will be forced to stay and pay the crazy increases. This place is truly a joke. Please do not waste your money here!!!! I lived here for 3 years and when ownership changed after the first year, I should have left. Beyond overpriced. Little to no amenities. The gym is terrible and if you ever wanted to go in to work out there is always a group of disrespectful college kids. If you live anywhere near the road you will hear every single car that drives by. The AC units in the apartments itself are so loud. My bathroom door never could shut without... being forced because the hinges were wrong. My blinds could barely open. Valet trash was truly just disgusting as people would have terrible things in their trashcans and the hallways would reek. Elevators out for weeks at a time. If you live in the C building, you will never get your mail delivered to the right place. Dog poop found in the halls outside of my apartment on various occasion. Loud, disrespectful neighbors that you can hear everything they do. The management team never did anything to help these issues. Just charged you more for anything and everything they could. Let me start out by saying , I moved in when Butler Sq was built. It was the nicest complex at the time (4 years ago) since then, Berger took over and since had several different property managers. The place has went downhill, advertised as luxury but trash in the hallways is by no means a luxurious concept- which we get charged whether we use or not. Packages are constantly going to the incorrect building, rent is high for what it is, neighbors are extremely noisy all hours of the night....
