Cons: -Bug problem in warm months -Mice problem in cold months -Kitchen & bathroom are not updated -No fan in bathroom & seems like mold is easily able to grow -Bathroom is extremely small & not functional -Upstairs floors creak badly. You can hear it creaking on both levels when you walk upstairs. -Only one parking spot per household & 6 “visitor” spots but usually not available when you need one -Blinds are cheap & break easily (Especially if you have animals that like looking out... windows) -Master closet is not functional. Not your typical “closet” -Windows in house are old & get stuck/pieces break easily -Back slider door backs up to houses & they can see into your house - Rent has went up since living here for a year & they haven’t made any improvements
Pros -Neighbors keep to themselves -You only have to pay for rent & electric -(2 bedroom) Bedrooms are reasonable sizes
