This will likely be respond with a generic “call us to discuss,” but the reality is nothing gets resolved. This management is completely unprofessional and unreliable. From the very start, the leasing process was a mess:
• On move-in day, the agent disappeared despite advance notice, making us wait while movers charged by the hour. No apology, no accountability.
• Promises made by the leasing agent were later denied by the manager. For example, we were told bedroom lights would be installed... before signing the lease; after signing, the manager said no lights would be added and called it “typical.” This so-called luxury apartment does not even have bedroom lights.
• Communication is contradictory and dishonest. You cannot trust what they say unless it is in writing.
• Management never takes responsibility and tells tenants to deal with problems themselves, while giving dismissive, unhelpful answers.

To make matters worse, the apartment above us has a child who runs, jumps, and throws objects all day and often past midnight, causing the walls and ceiling to literally shake. When we complained, management said the child “can’t be stopped” and that we should “call the cops” at night. This is completely unacceptable for tenants paying for a peaceful home.

Five days before move in I was informed my apartment wasn’t ready. The delay progressively got longer until it reached 3 months. Little was done to provide solutions and I was on my own to find accommodations in the meantime. I know it’s a new build but management is having a poor start with customer service.
