I moved out on June 30, 2025, left the apartment spotless. Was given my security deposit move out figure (return of the entire amount $949.00). They haven’t returned my money and they have GHOSTED ME. Repeated phone calls and emails!!! What kind of outfit does this? DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

Hallways stank, walls are dirty, washers and dryers never works. Whoever is management don’t help no one answers calls. When they do they say they’ll get someone to call they, they never call.

No office on site and every one that can be reached via email are incompetent and the company is borderline scammy. The charge fees just to pay rent. Maintenance orders left undone. Trash and old furniture left all over the property. Talk to any of my neighbors and they all have the same sentiment. Lastly there was an electrical issue a few months ago. Fire dept came out late at night and couldn’t reach one person from the complex management. Called early in the morning (10 a.m.) to tour an apartment (4:30 p.m.). Arrived 10 mins early to my appointment, called management when I arrived & was told that the person I was meeting with was running late. 20 mins went by, then 30 went by. When I finally left the person I was suppose to meet with called me saying that they had just arrived an hour later.

This place is a mess, I've been living in this apartment for a few years now but the current management doesn't do anything. The heat is always not working for days to weeks, but they still charge you for heating. The heat bill always goes up every month, they never get your work order done. Lately rats, and roaches are starting to come in, I can't wait for my lease to be over to leave.
