Worst place to live..
This place is the worst place to live had a leak in my apartment for over a week they just let it leak all over the place they block me from paying my rent online to make it harder for me to pay and the answer was just because they could. The amount of trash that is all over the place is absolutely ridiculous The dog park half of it is covered in trash you don't even want to let your dog run around in it because you don't know what they could eat. I could go on and on I cannot wait to get out of... this place I could go on and on I cannot wait to get out of this place

terrible complex
If you’re ok with mold, roaches, and water leaks this is the right place for you! They’re listed as upscale apartments yet they’re far from it. Cabinetry is weathered and worn, rust around the sinks. Pests upon move in. Management is atrocious and can care less about the residents who live here. They don’t fix any problems but they’re quick to ask for rent come the first.

Do not recommend
Way to much money for old apartment, they up the rent but don't do anything in the apartment. When you need something done you can never get anyone in the office. I have had water in my apartment for 2 days now and have heard nothing from them. I can't wait to move.

not the greatest
So me and my husband have been living here since 2016 and we've had our share of different managers.
And I can say I don't recommend it here, the dumpster area isn't great and most of the time is messy.
Also, you have to pay for everything no utilities are included. And the lack of storage here is ridiculous.
Honestly, if you're looking for a place to live I would look elsewhere which is what I am doing.

What a great place!!!
I just moved in about two weeks ago. The process was very easy and the communication with the manager was great. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with the light gray laminate wood floors the bathroom is extremely roomy, and the kitchen is gorgeous with all new fixtures and stainless steel appliances. I came from a previous apartment that constantly had leaks and was extremely outdated. This is definitely an upgrade for me and my family. I would highly recommend Stone Hill Apartments.
