I did a drive through of this property prior to my appt. only to find that the driveway was full of potholes, all the property amenities pools etc. are actually located on their other property Franklin Commons. The property looked unkept and there was garbage overflowing at the dumpsters. Parking is extremely tight.

Don't move here!! Office/owners refuse to make repairs and property is neglected. The "laundry room" has one washer and one dryer for the whole complex to share and it is so disgusting and over run with bugs. There is no place for children to safely play. I cannot emphasize this enough, you really don't want to live here!!

Please keep in mind that we have multiple washer and... dryers to meet the needs of all of our tenants.
