It’s clear whoever manages this place does not care. The maintenance staff do their best to keep the place going but the management clearly has no responsibility to this place. They never answer the phone and are never in office.

DO NOT RENT
Management will invent things to charge you for then lie to your face about it, packages get stolen often, overall just not a good place to live.

Perfect Comfy aparment :)
I just recently moved into a ground floor unit. The unit was completely remodeled, with all new appliances. The building is super clean and building staff is very friendly. Honestly, this was one of the smoothest moves for me. June (over at the leasing dept) was extremely helpful in helping me land the right apartment at Allen Gardens and is always available to answer any questions I may have. If you are interested in renting a unit here, I would recommend scheduling a walk through with the... leasing dept, to see the unit for yourself.
