Like the people in my building, maintenance is professional and go above and beyond. Management very helpful as well.

Laundry facilities is disgusting. No one ever cleans the halls so you better hope that neighbors are clean and don’t leave a mess. Maintenance men walk around but coded doors have been broken and not fixed for more than a month now. Can’t control the heat and boilers went out constantly during the winter. No hot water or heat at 10 pm and no one on site to fix it until 9 am in the morning when it magically just starts working again. Maintenance talk trash about renters asking for things to be... fixed like it’s not their job to fix them. Constant random “updates” that require maintenance to go into your apartment, yet nothing changes. Definitely looks nice on the inside and when you first move in but quickly the mood changes and it’s ridiculous. Not really worth the price offered and they want to increase the rent for renewal yet the things listed above never were fixed. Read More
