Flooring is new, waterproof and scratch resistant. It has a walk-in... shower that could be good for a person in a wheelchair. Has a great little gas fireplace in the living room and bult in shelves to put your books and things. There is a small little refrigerator, but you can also use the large freezer in the garage. The kitchen is a little kitchenette. It does not have a stove, but you can use a convection oven or air fryer just fine.

ALL Utilities are included. That includes cable TV with streaming services. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Pros: West Linn is the safest city in Oregon. It's surrounded by trees and wildlife with a seasonal creek that runs through during the rainy season. Dogs and kitties are more than welcome. It is accessible to a person in a wheelchair. There is a ramp that leads into the bedroom but it can be removed.

Cons: It is the downstairs to a home so there will be some noise. Although it is a daylight basement, it is considered a shared living space technically with a private entrance.
