These apartments are decent for the money. Some issues are: Many smokers that don’t obey the rules and the apartment manager doesn’t help much. Not enough parking so many have to park on the side road and there have been many vandalisms and theft. The trash/recycling/glass pick up on Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri are early in the mornings and will wake you up unless you’re a heavy sleeper. Dog owners don’t clean up their very large dog poop (there is no grass area for the dog owners). Some good things are the... Nice location, nice landscaping, and we do feel safe within the apartments.
