A few months ago, new management has been brought it. However it seems non existent. I have reached out to them multiple times and have not heard anything back. Requests, questions, and complains are completely ignored. Since this change, there has been no parking enforcement. It is outlined in our lease that it is limited to 1 car per household. There are broken down cars here, cars that have not moved in months, and multiple cars that belong to the same household. There has been an increased... presence of police here. Usually 2-3 times per week, Tigard police are called to deal with multiples disputes. There are neighbors who yell, fight, and damage property all throughout the night. It feels unsafe here past 10pm. Again, these concerns have been ignored by management. The only good thing here is the maintenance man. Other than that, management does not respond to emails, phone calls, and are never present on site. This has pushed me and multiple of my neighbors past a breaking point and we cannot wait to move out. If this is seen by the management, please show up to do your job here.
